Cloth Inspecting Machine for Quality.
FOLDING AND INSPECTING OF WOVEN CLOTH.
The woven cloth from the weaving department must be Inspected and folded in required lengths with appropriate washable markings about the cloth quality.There will also be washable markings in the weaving department:
[1]About the cloth quality.
[2]On which machine it is woven,machine number.
[3]On which date it is woven.
[4]In which shift it is woven.
[5]The ID of the person who has woven.
[6]Other coded instructions which can be understood by the department to which the cloth would be sent.
THESE ARE GOOD OLD METHODS BUT EFFECTIVE TO PREVENT ANY SUB STANDARD CLOTH BEING PROCESSED WHICH WOULD INCREASE THE COST OF CHEMICALS AND DYES.
THE CLOTH IS THEN FOLDED OR ROLLED AND SENT TO THE NEXT DEPARTMENT.
