This department next to Section-2 will accommodate all the machinery for yarn bleaching & dying in all forms and transported to pre-weaving section as per requirement or to winding department in case of Sewing Threads.
The area required will have to be planed after taking the floor space needed for each of the machine that has to be installed for processing yarn as per production plan.
The production plan is the main base for the entire project
The production of yarn as,gray,gassed,bleached,dyed,doubled has to be fixed based on the turnover of the production of yarn for marketing and yarn including sewing thread and for weaving.
The turnover in financial terms must include a net profit as per our plan and here,we need a marketing and sales department with exceptional experience.
The organizational plan is explained in separate section.
The building plan for this section will be prepared after fixing the production plan.
THE NEED FOR A CIVIL ENGINEER IS ESSENTIAL HERE AND FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT.
